Making a purchase could not be easier.

Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Delivery

All orders (unless specified otherwise on the website) are despatched within 7-14 days, however many orders will reach you within just a few days.  If you have ordered more than one item that is out of stock and the rest of your order is in stock then we shall dispatch this to you in the meantime. For items that are out of stock, please allow 28 days for delivery.

UK orders will be sent by first class recorded delivery or special deliver, European orders by airmail and international order by recorded airmail.  Shipping rates are as follows:

Beds Delivered by Courier         £20.00

Delivery fees do NOT include your countries national duties tax if any.

Delivery Schedule You will be notified of items that are out of stock and given the option to cancel your order, if you wish to proceed with the order we will try to give you an approximate delivery date, however this will not be guaranteed.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Refunds/Credits

Items are not exchangeable for alternative sizes, so we have given sizing charts and guidance to ensure you order correctly.  Please make sure you measure your dog correctly before placing your order.

Refunds will not be given, if items are faulty, we will exchange for exactly the same item.  Faulty items should be returned within 7 days of receipt, so long as item(s) are in an unused condition and in original packaging we will exchange.

Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post ONLY addressed to our current trading address as shown on this site, as we cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system.
