Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier.

Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Delivery

All orders (unless specified otherwise on the website) are despatched within 7-14 days, however many orders will reach you within just a few days. If you have ordered more than one item that is out of stock and the rest of your order is in stock then we shall dispatch this to you in the meantime. For items that are out of stock, please allow 28 days for delivery.

UK orders will be sent by first class recorded delivery or special deliver, European orders by airmail and international order by recorded airmail. Shipping rates are as follows:

Delivery fees do NOT include your countries national duties tax if any.

Delivery Schedule You will be notified of items that are out of stock and given the option to cancel your order, if you wish to proceed with the order we will try to give you an approximate delivery date, however this will not be guaranteed.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Doggy Dogg World Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price, provided that 1) you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods, and 2) that you have taken reasonable care of the goods and 3) not used them.

Please note: 1)Your right to return goods under these regulations does not apply to goods made to your specifications i.e Rhinestone items which are made to measure.(see below)

Rhinestone Items

Please note that Rhinestone items are not exchangeable for alternative sizes as they are customised specifically to the size you ordered. We provide sizing charts and guidance to ensure you order correctly. Please make sure you measure your dog correctly before placing your order 2)Where you have exercised your right to cancel you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Sale of Goods Act – faulty goods

Should any goods you purchase from us become faulty please notify us as soon as possible.

Subject to the fault being a manufacturing defect and not damage or fair wear and tear, we will offer either a repair or replacement within 14 days of the goods being returned to us. Where neither a repair nor a replacement is possible we will offer either a full or partial refund depending on the length of time since purchase.

We would suggest that returns are sent by recorded or special delivery depending on the value of the goods as the risk for loss, theft, or damage lies with the sender until the goods are received by us.
